Tracking Technologies
· Cookies and Web Beacons: We may use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other tracking technologies on the Services to help customize the Services and improve your experience. For more information on how we use cookies, please refer to our “Cookie Policy” section below.
· Internet-Based Advertising. Additionally, we may use third-party software to implement email marketing campaigns and manage other interactive marketing initiatives. This third-party software may use cookies or similar tracking technology to help manage and optimize your online experience with us. For more information about opting-out of interest-based ads, please visit the Network Advertising Initiative Opt-Out Tool or Digital Advertising Alliance Opt-Out Tool.
· Website Analytics. We may also partner with selected third-party vendors to perform analytics services, allow tracking technologies, and remarketing services on the Services through the use of first party cookies and third-party cookies, to, among other things, analyze and track users’ use of the Services, determine the popularity of certain content and better understand online activity. By accessing the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information by these third-party vendors. We do not transfer personal information to these third-party vendors. However, if you do not want any information to be collected and used by tracking technologies, you can visit the Network Advertising Initiative Opt-Out Tool or Digital Advertising Alliance Opt-Out Tool.
Cookie Policy
- What Cookies Are: Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Cookies are widely used by website owners in order to make their websites work, or to work more efficiently, as well as to provide reporting information. Cookies set by the website owner are called “first party cookies.” Cookies set by parties other than the website owner are called “third party cookies.” Third party cookies enable third party features or functionality to be provided on or through the website (e.g., like advertising, interactive content, and analytics). The parties that set these third-party cookies can recognize your computer both when it visits the website in question and also when it visits certain other websites.
- How We Use Cookies: We use first and third-party cookies for several reasons. Some cookies are required for technical reasons in order for the Services to operate, and we refer to these as “essential” or “strictly necessary” cookies. Other cookies also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience of our Services. Third parties serve cookies through the Services for advertising, analytics, and other purposes.
- Web Beacons: Cookies are not the only way to recognize or track visitors to a website. We may use other, similar technologies from time to time, like web beacons (sometimes called “tracking pixels” or “clear gifs”). These are tiny graphic files that contain a unique identifier that enables us to recognize when someone has visited the Services or opened an e-mail that we have sent them. This allows us, for example, to monitor the traffic patterns of users from one page to another, to deliver or communicate with cookies, to understand whether you have come to the Services from an online advertisement displayed on a third-party website, to improve Services performance, and to measure the success of e-mail marketing campaigns. In many instances, these technologies are reliant on cookies to function properly, and so declining cookies will impair their functioning.
- Flash Cookies or Local Shared Objects: The Services may also use so-called “Flash Cookies” (also known as Local Shared Objects or “LSO’s”) to, among other things, collect and store information about your use of the Services, for fraud prevention, and for other site operations. If you do not want Flash Cookies stored on your computer, you can adjust the settings of your Flash player to block Flash Cookies storage using the Adobe website and following the instructions. Please note that setting the Flash Player to restrict or limit acceptance of Flash Cookies may reduce or impede the functionality of some Flash applications, including, potentially, Flash applications used in connection with our Services or online content.
- How to Control Cookies: You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject cookies. You can exercise your cookie preference by setting or amending your web browser controls to accept or refuse cookies. If you choose to reject cookies, you may still use the Services, although your access to some functionality and areas of the Services may be restricted. As the means by which you can refuse cookies through your web browser controls vary from browser to browser, you should visit your browser’s help menu for more information.
Third-Party Websites
The Services may contain links to third-party websites and applications of interest, including advertisements and external services that are not affiliated with us. Once you have used these links to leave the Services, any information you provide to these third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy, and we cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of your information. Before visiting and providing any information to any third-party websites, you should inform yourself of the privacy policies and practices (if any) of the third party responsible for that website, and should take those steps necessary to, in your discretion, protect the privacy of your information. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other sites, services, or applications that may be linked to or from the Services.
Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California Residents to request and obtain from a company, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all such third parties. We do not share your personal information with third parties for the third parties' own and independent direct marketing purposes unless we receive your permission.
