Return Policy

Can I return my products?

Customer Returns: NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED. 

Also we’re unable to accept returns for orders placed in error. If there is a defect with the product, we will send a replacement bag within 15 days of the original purchase (if notified in that time frame).

Returns: We’re unable to re-ship returned products because we aren’t able to guarantee the product quality once product departs our warehouse. 

Returned products from a customer's inability to receive package delivery or a customer's unhappiness with the product will not refunded.
