What are the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for TURF MAGIK products. So fill up that shelf - it won't cost extra in shipping! 

How long is processing? 

We process all orders within 3 business days in the United States. For International Customers, it may take 1-3 weeks depending on customs. But we're always working to get your products to you as quick as possible!

TURF MAGIK does not ship on major holidays or weekends. Additionally, in cases of extreme weather conditions (i.e., heat, fires, and/or cold), TURF MAGIK reserves the right to delay the release of shipments to ensure the highest quality of products at the time of arrival.

 

How long does it take for me to receive my package?

USPS packages will arrive within 5 business days.

Delivery occurs Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

Customer Response Time 

Please allow 24-72 hours for a representative to contact you via email. 

Is tracking available? 

Yes! We will track your order until it is delivered.

Do I need a signature at the time of delivery and are refunds given? 

No signature is required. Also, no refunds will be given. If the package is damaged or tampered with, a replacement item will be shipped out.

Missed Delivery:

If USPS is unable to deliver your package it will be returned to our warehouse and customer must pay for redelivery $18 or a $10 restocking fee if customer wants to cancel order and receive store credit.  

Summer Shipping Policies:

If your order will be delayed due to summer temperatures, we will notify you about any delays in shipping to ensure that your products arrives with limited exposure to heat. Also, our product should be stored at room temperature and not left outside in extremely hot temperatures for extended periods of time.

Can I return my products?

Customer Returns: We’re unable to accept returns for any reason. This includes orders placed in error.

Returns: We’re unable to re-ship returned products because we aren’t able to guarantee the product quality once product departs our warehouse. 

Returned products from a customer's inability to receive package delivery will not be returned or credited.

For lifestyle products - you can return up to 10 days after receiving your product for store credit. You will find instructions in your email with your tracking information.
